I too take this trouble just with giff images with the background color removed I have sent the image to a few friends with win ten and they all have the same problem will brandish in photo viewer but most of the image disappears in photos it is acquired by the black dorsum ground when you go to print it y'all can come across information technology ok is a problem that needs to be sorted why you would have a black back basis is beyond me it's non some dingy night guild it is supposed to be a good computer program

Did y'all effort to replicate this on your end?
Create a transparent png file with some blackness font in it.
Save it.
Right click the file
Choose Open up with
Cull - Photos
What do y'all see on your machine?
If I open this file in Win10 - Photos - I go a pure black image window like
If I open this image in Windows Photo Viewer I get

Completely black with default viewer; only fine with any other viewer, including Windows Explorer preview pane.

The aforementioned trouble, specially after install Photoshop CS half-dozen. And why y'all get rid of windows photo viewer from Win10?

Video Card Drivers Updated
Issue: Black groundwork on all PNG files
Solution: Same Issue Updates have no effect
Browsers: Firefox, Chrome, IE (server png epitome shows black groundwork after upload of a png file that was fine months ago. All files in png now all show black backgrounds!
I am a 15+ year web developer and I take never seen this effect before. This is a Windows 10 issue and needs to be addressed immediately. I upgraded our primary computer and I can no longer do work on sites that require transparent animation using png files.
I am now looking to restore Windows 8 due to this effect equally I can not get my work done. I have tried several unlike means to see what the issue is and none have worked. All PNG files come up with a blackness background. Even worse , when I uploaded the png files saved past Windows 10 to a server, the aforementioned issue with having a all black groundwork. This ways that Windows 10 is processing the png file in some manner to get in take a blackness groundwork.
I also used png files saved months ago and uploaded to our server... aforementioned effect. How tin can a file that had no problems earlier, fabricated on windows 8 months agone and if I reupload the file from a Windows 10 computer, the server shows a black png background.
This is a serious issue!

Method 1:
Uninstall and reinstall the Display adaptor driver and Graphic card driver, then, check, if it works. Refer to the post-obit steps to uninstall the Display adaptor driver and Graphic card driver from the Device Manager.
a. Click on Windows key + X so, select Device Manager.
b. Locate and expand " Brandish adaptor" in the Device Manager Window.
c. Right-click on the " Display adaptor " and click on "uninstall" to uninstall the Display adaptor driver and Graphic bill of fare commuter .
d. Restart the reckoner and check, if information technology works.
If the issue nevertheless persists, follow the Method ii.
Method 2:
Install the latest Display adaptor driver and Graphic card driver in Compatibility fashion:
I would advise yous to uninstall and download the latest the Display adaptor driver and Graphic bill of fare commuter from manufacture'south website and reinstall it in compatibility style.
1. Right click on the setup file of the driver and select Properties.
ii. Select Compatibility Tab.
iii. Identify a check marker next to Run this program in
Compatibility Mode and select the operating system appropriately from the drop down list.
four. Let the driver to install and and then, cheque the functionality.

how many times must you uninstall and reinstall drivers or reload the operating arrangement before this problem goes away this has been an ongoing problem that yous people refuse to recognize , and I now only use win 10 to browse the spider web as a work platform information technology is of no utilise to anyone that wants to do graphics information technology could if y'all endeavor a flake more be a successful phone and tablet Os but equally a workplace OS it is starting to expect like a consummate failure

If the issue persists, then I suggest you lot to uninstall the Photo app and reinstall again and check if it helps to resolve your issue.
To uninstall Photo app follow the beneath steps:
1. Type Windows in the search box and correct click on Windows PowerShell and select Run as administrator.
2. Type get-appxpackage *Microsoft.Windows.Photos* | remove-appxpackage on the PowerShell and hit Enter.
This will uninstall the Photo app and and then yous can reinstall the app from Windows Store.
